Flexibility During the Event
With our enhanced streaming technology, you have the ability to pause and rewind the simulcast as needed. This allows you to customize your break times or catch up if needed.System & Equipment Requirements
To ensure the highest quality experience, please review the following recommendations:
A dedicated, wired internet connection is strongly recommended for the best streaming experience. Wired connections are more stable and help prevent buffering or interruptions during the simulcast.
If you must use Wi-Fi, please ensure the network is private and secure, not a public or shared Wi-Fi connection (such as one provided by a church guest network or community access point). Public networks often have multiple users accessing the internet simultaneously, which can significantly reduce bandwidth and cause the stream to lag or drop entirely.
To protect the quality of the simulcast, make sure no other devices are heavily using the internet during your event (such as downloading large files, streaming video, or video conferencing). The computer running the stream should be the only device connected to the network during the event whenever possible.
Your internet speed should maintain a minimum download speed of 20 Mbps to support the full HD broadcast. We recommend testing your internet in advance at: www.speedtest.net.
Remember: A smooth, high-quality viewing experience is directly tied to your internet connection and technical setup. Taking the time to prepare now will ensure a seamless event day!
You can test your current internet speed at: www.speedtest.net. Make sure to check the download speed, as it is the key factor for a successful simulcast.
